The September 9, 2026 screening record adds an independent assessment of Old Forge's generation, pumping, and reactive-power settings. It identifies location-dependent electrical effects and a focused next step: utility validation and comparison with a defined transmission or operating alternative. The work builds on, and remains distinct from, the project's historical PJM interconnection studies.
